Do you offer design services for other nail brands?
Absolutely! You can purchase logos, packaging designs, and full branding bundles directly through our website. For inquiries, visit our "Design Services" section.
📏 Nail Sizing & Application
What if I order the wrong size?
All nails are handmade and made-to-order, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is submitted.
👉 PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOU SEND IT TO ME.
Refer to our Sizing Guide and consider ordering a sizing kit to ensure a perfect fit.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What if I entered the wrong address or my order was misdelivered?
We ship to the exact address provided, so please double-check for typos—especially apartment/unit numbers.
If your package is returned, we’ll contact you for a corrected address and send you an invoice for reshipping (usually under $3).
If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately before your label is printed.
What if my package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once USPS/UPS marks your order as “delivered,” they are responsible for the package. If it’s marked delivered but not received:
- Contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS/UPS.
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned as delivered.
🔁 Cancellations & Refunds
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, all sales are final. No refunds or returns for issues related to sizing, delays, or changes of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos:
